CO2 laser is a type of gas laser that produces a wavelength of 10.6 µm and belongs to the mid-infrared frequency band. It has a relatively large power and electro-optical conversion efficiency.

Galvo lasers perform at a speed 100 times higher (depending on the design) than conventional flatbed lasers. Therefore, if the area to be engraved is small and high productivity is required, the galvo laser is the ideal solution.

Co2 Galvo Laser Applications:

Galvo laser systems are able to process organic materials such as paperboard, paper, denim, leather, garments, rubber, acrylic, plastics and polymers, minerals like ceramic and crystal or coated metals. CO2 Galvo laser works faster than most of CNC laser machines, and yet provides engraving and cuts with high levels of accuracy and precision. It is commonly integrated to production lines for industrial coding and traceability like serial numbers, lot numbers, date and time, barcodes, etc. Furthermore, it is also used in the personalization of several products of the market such as gifts, trophies, car plates and others.
